In the first part of 2007,Existing home sales in Reno gained an upward momentum. Again,(just like in the Sparks data) I did not expect this. I hope it can sustain itself. We'll just have to see what the the market will do.
New home sales in the Reno-Sparks area is in neutral ground.(Based on the first half of 2007)
I'd love to see the numbers for the second half of 2007. Be wary of judging the market based solely on the news. Local markets can behave differently from the National Market. Watch what the numbers will do.Observe it carefully. It is so much safer to observe the market rather than listening to anyone's opinion. It is not as hard as it seems.
This month of August , real estate as a whole has taken a great beating from the news. The things they say,I believe are well founded. But like always, they were late in reporting this to the people.
I wonder just how resistant the Reno-Sparks market will be in the coming months.
