Reno Number of Homes For Sale: Nov 2005-Nov 2007

About: We will be looking at the  number of homes for sale in Reno,NV.  I listed the inventory of homes starting November of 2005- November of 2007.

WIIFM(what's in it for me?): By following the inventory of homes for sale in Reno we can have a better feel of the overall supply of the market.  Here you will be able to compare exactly how the inventory of homes have been going up or down(broken down per month for the past twenty-five months).

Highlights: Reno is experiencing a decrease of inventory of homes.  From the peak in August 2006 of 3,712 homes we are currently at 2,798 of home inventory.  A decrease of 914 homes.

Observation/comments: Less competition for sellers in the Reno real estate market.  This data brings some positive news but continue observing other local market factors (ex: Reno homes sold) to have a bigger picture of what's going on in the market.
