I was looking over the population changes in Reno-Sparks, when the numbers in the area of South Meadows Parkway blew me away. 

Why is this significant Joe? You may be thinking. 

Once the Reno real estate market comes back, the area that will lead the charge are those that have the highest demand in a great location. 

South Reno (where S. Meadows is located) is perhaps the most coveted place in Reno-Sparks.

Last week I searched for homes under $250,000 in the South Reno area--I got three.
