New homes are a vital part in knowing how the Reno-Sparks real estate market is doing because they are better in tuned with the market.
Back in 2006, one of my confirmations that a real estate downturn is on it's way is when the builders started slashing their prices. While they were doing this, home sellers were still holding on to the hope that the market is going to go up soon.
We know what happened after that.
Here's the latest new homes report in the City of Reno, City of Sparks, Incline Village, & Washoe County, Nevada.
