KB homes raised their prices after selling five homes a week. One of the agents (John) told me this morning.
Another positive sign that demand may have hit a bottom.
Note: not median price, but DEMAND. But demand leads median price. If demand is happy, prices is likely to smile soon.
This is a confident move for KB homes. And you can be sure that they wouldn't be doing this if business wasn't doing better than what they expected in this time of the year. Spring just started and based on this graph, it's just going to get better:

I won't be surprised if they raise it another $5,000 when summer comes. If they were selling five homes a week, it's safe to say they'll be selling a lot more this next few months.
I say this because of the graph earlier and with my own experience in my three listings (thirty showings in two weeks) around KB homes Calabria.
