"The clouds are slowly going away"
Yesterday, I talked about KB homes raising their prices by $5,000.
I haven' heard any new home builder outside of South Reno raise their prices. There is a reason for this:
South Reno have been experiencing great demand in the $300,000 and below price range.
I have twenty-five listings all around Reno and Sparks and the fastest offers I got came from my three listings in this area.
Let's take a look at this market. I narrowed it down to $200,000 - $350,000.

Note: as you may have already noticed, prices have yet to find a bottom. But notice the supply and demand both have been stable and going up for the last year.
