Yesterday, Ian and I were meeting with a friend who used to build homes. He was looking at an investment home in North Reno valued at $160,000--2,130 sq. ft. when he said " I could never build a home for $75 per Square Foot ($160,000 / 2,130 = $75.12 per sq. ft!!)
