Summary: The $100,000 - $200,000 market has the most listings at 593 homes. It also has the most expired listings at 22 homes. What's interesting is that the $200,000 - $300,000 market has the same number of sold homes (16) even though it has roughly half the supply (345) compared to the lower price range.
Sellers, It might make sense to position your home in that price range (200k-300k) knowing that there are less competition there but seems to have brisk demand heading into winter.
Buyers, it's still your market! But there may be competition if you're buying the best priced/condition homes in the $100,000 - $300,000 range.
