I just finished preparing a market report on Caughlin Ranch.  I had an interested seller call me last week who wanted to know what was happening in the Caughlin real estate market. Here's what I found out:

Where: 4100 Caughlin Parkway Reno, NV 89519.  First gated community in Reno if you're coming from 80 West (Sacramento).  Caughlin is one of the first luxury communities in Northern NV.
