Two things come to mind: Their almost singular focus on capturing golfers, as evidenced by their two renowned courses, and its proximity to Lake Tahoe. Being 36 minutes away from the Lake, its the closest luxury bastion to Tahoe.
What is the ArrowCreek Country Club like?
It houses what you might come to expect for a luxury club house: fitness room, multi purpose room to host parties up to 150 people, two swimming pools, two hot tubs, and four tennis courts. But my favorite is the gazebos, to "rest while sipping ice tea". It's also surrounded by lush, green campus.
