It is a fact that our profession doesn't have a very likable image. Many of those assumptions, I admit, is true.
The only remedy we know to change this is to give you real value. Not just spoken 'values' you see and hear on tv and radio, or the words 'value' written all over our business cards. In the first quarter of 2007, one out of seventy-five homes in Nevada was going into foreclosure--the highest foreclosure rate in the country.
I'm sure it's even higher now.
It shouldn't be that way. Not in our turf. We have seen far too many people greatly affected by this.
Though this blog may not be enough to prevent this financial earthquake from happening in Reno again, at the very least we want to offer an un-biased, straight-forward and well-researched information to help you make better decisions for your number one investment--your home.
But here's the clincher: We need you. We need your honest feedbacks and comments. If something worked for you, let us know. If you have an idea that has worked for you and would like to share it to others, please let us know. We're barely scratching the surface and we don't pretend to know everything.
If you don't agree on something, that's ok too. We like productive arguments that challenges us to see the Reno real estate market just a little bit better.
We cannot succeed without these things.
